I visited this location on Saturday Nov 29....at that point this was going to be a one star review. I walked in to look at units and there was an older gentleman there alone, sitting behind the desk, no uniform on. I wasn't even sure he actually worked there. I was asking about units but to be honest, I left because I really couldn't understand him. I drove back today, thinking to maybe try again. I was met with Amanda and Brandon. And what a difference. So professional. Brandon took me around showed me so many different units. Showed me where I could easily access each unit. Amanda explained the difference in the 2 locks available. Showed me what boxes would best fit my items when I start packing. Brandon even mentioned that I could do a move in for a later date and if I changed my mind they had a cancelation policy. Such a different experience. The team work displayed by Amanda and Brandon was more then exceptional. THIS is how a business should run. Not to mention clean! The office was open and bright and decorated so lovely for the Holiday season. Inside where the units are, nice, clean, no clutter anywhere, wonderful high ceilings. I am so happy that I gave this location a second chance. Amanda and Brandon made it such a positive experience and as I was leaving I was laughing and smiling... they made me feel like they knew me forever. Well done Amanda and Brandon.

Drove by this facility many times without thinking anything of it but now that I have an interest, visited with the manager Asad. I have nothing but good things to say about Asad - very professional and friendly. He took time to explain all the details about the facility and answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a storage facility, Access Storage is a great choice. Prices are very affordable.

Great for short term storage. Be warned of online offers that appear to be monthly rates, but upon closer examination they turn out to be weekly. Clean lockers, good location, but only security is the front gate. Once you're in, access to storage areas is not locked.
