I dealt with Hammad, the site Manager. He was very welcoming, it honestly felt like I was buying my first home! Hahaha. Standup guy, and the whole office crew was really nice. I’ve looked at Green storage, airport storage in Oshawa, storage depot, dymon, smart shop, bluebird etc. but Access here, was by far the best place around in terms of security, technology, customer service, value and attitude. Thanks again Hammad, you were terrific!

I have been renting 2 units since August, always great customer service whenever we go talk to the staff. Price for the units are very reasonable as well. Will highly recommend people to rent storage units from here if needed in the future Hammad is the site manager at this location & he's definitely great to work with.

This new facility is very well designed, constructed and managed. There is a large number of various-sized units to select from for your storage needs. But, by far their greatest attribute is the staff and management that ensure you are informed and looked after. Ed, the assistant manager, went to great lengths to provide the appropriate unit to store my trailer in. He even guided, directed and assisted putting it in the large garage that I rented. Also, I was able to take advantage of the of "First 4 Weeks Free" promotion. Yes, I would highly recommend anyone looking for secure indoor storage to call or visit this facility.

We had the best experience using access storage Hammad provided us with exceptional service he is kind courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. We will be referring all our friends and family to access storage. We were under a great deal of stress and Hammad ensured our belongings were in good hands. They also have the best rates in town !
