Exceptional customer service experiences each time I arrived with very personable, friendly, and professional staff members!... I dealt with Hammad, the site Manager. He was very welcoming, it honestly felt like I was buying my first home! Hahaha. Standup guy, and the whole office crew was really nice. I’ve looked at Green storage, airport storage in Oshawa, storage depot, dymon, smart shop, bluebird etc. but Access here, was by far the best place around in terms of security, technology, customer service, value and attitude. Thanks again Hammad, you were terrific!

This has been my first experience using a storage facility ever. Hearing other people's experiences, I was a bit anxious while seeking competitive quotes. When I walked into the Access Storage facility, I had a wonderful and very positive experience. Edsel and Wayne are great to interact with. They are very courteous and accommodating and will smilingly adjust to your changing requirements. I needed to go in recently to get an additional unit. Edsel made it look so easy; completed all paperwork within a few minutes and even got me a bottle of water as I was planning to sit in their office while waiting for my mover. I recommend this facility to everyone who has a storage need.

Hammad the staff member was very helpful and polite. He helped me and my family get storage units in our time of need. He offered the best prices we could find and are extremely greatful. The site is secure with modern gates. The facility is new and very clean the storage units have an automatic censored light when you open your door. He cleaned and sweeped up debris before giving our units. I would highly recommend this storage place and would definitely use this place again.
