This is the first time I have ever used a storage company and it has been a great experience. Mikaela and Edsel were the main people I dealt with and they are the reason for me writing this review...Both of them have been so professional and just great people overall. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. On top of the great service the units and general areas are always so clean and well maintained. If I could give them more stars I would.

I recently had the pleasure of using the storage facility located on 18 Gadsden Ct, Ajax, with Access Storage. The experience was exceptional, primarily due to the outstanding service provided by the manager. He was incredibly polite, kind, and spoke with a warm demeanor that made me feel truly valued as a client. The manager took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable with the process. His approach to customer service is truly commendable, and I appreciate how he treats his clients. I highly recommend this facility for its excellent customer service and overall experience.

SO happy I chose this Ajax location !! -- Absolutely clean, very accessible, and very easy to transport to. Exceptional customer service experiences each time I arrived with very personable, friendly, and professional staff members!... I have already been sharing positive comments with others and will continue to refer people to this location ! THANK YOU so much for all your help and wonderful service...
