Staff was friendly and it was very easy to onboard. They were very kind -- terrific customer service! The only reason why it's 4 stars is because there are no dollies. When we first moved in, there was 1 red one for the whole building. But for the last 3 visits, there hasn't been any dollies to be seen at all which makes it very difficult to move items. We ended up buying and bringing our own cart to move our stuff. There's also no cameras in the building, so anyone could've taken it and hid it in their unit for their own convenience since its the only dolly in the building; No one would ever know.
Otherwise, the unit and staff are great! Just frustrated at the dolly situation.

The girls at the front office were wonderful very helpful very friendly. Looking online was easy walking into the front office was even easier. There was already a lock inside the unit. They walked me to the unit watch me lock it gave me my code number to call told me if I had any problems to contact them couldn’t have had a better experience.

Kristina and Nicole were incredibly kind and compassionate and patient in the process of booking my unit. I highly recommend having correspondence with these two lovely human beings in person

Popped into this location to pick up some moving boxes and had the pleasure of being helped by Nicole. She provided excellent customer service, was knowledgeable about what I needed, and was kind enough to help carry the boxes out to my car.
