I dealt with Zara at this phenomenal location and I am so glad to have done business with them. She is very professional and had walked me through the whole rental process and gave me a walk around that brightly lit, well kept property. I would recommend anybody who needs safe clean storage for their goods to visit this location in Ajax and make sure to come in on a Saturday or a Sunday to get service by Zara. We went to look at the storage options at Vaultra storage-Ajax yesterday and we ended up choosing a climate controlled storage unit. Zara, the associate who helped us, was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. She walked us through all the different options and explained the process thoroughly.
